Yes, I'm gettin money back but this is the first year i decided to use h&r block to do my taxes. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. not only did my rep not know how to speak english well, he was 70 years old and didn't know how to use computers!!! i know i'm being age-ist but c'mon, just b/c you close a browser window doesn't mean ur password (that didn't work the past 100000 times) is going to suddenly work in a new browser window. UGH. turbotax it is again for me next year!
anywho, done with my vent. i just hope to GOD that he didn't make a mistake and I'm going to get ALL my money back that i absolutely NEED!
